Offline Init is not supported or typed correctly

Docs note that offline init is supported in the Node version of the SDK:

However it does not seem this can be utilized as described in the docs. At the very least, the types on this package indicate that it does not exist?

Hi @pm0u. Thanks for the report.
You are correct that this method does not (currently) exist on the node-server SDK. This was an oversight on our part when updating our docs; while this feature is on our roadmap, it is not yet available in this SDK.

That being said, we are are actively working on a method to "bootstrap" or offline-init a node server.
I will tag this issue when we have a PR.
