Path to assets not working? (New guidance in README) #34

There is a new (though dated November 2025) instruction in README that tells us we can use the path beginning "src/assets" to include asset files in components. I believe this is related to the support case I put in a while back where ultimately I was given a different solution, which was to use ${__webpack_public_path__}assets/... In any case, if I use the path now recommended, I do not see the assets appearing in proxy mode. (I don't know if it works after build--haven't checked.) I have updated all files in the customModule to the current repository.
