TransferPulseSequenceView: validate path to sequence exists

As the task will fail to enqueue if the path is invalid, the view could check if the path to the sequence is valid and otherwise put the sequence name on a red background.

Note: it could make sense to keep the relative path to the sequence instead of an absolute path.
