To confirm SNS subscriptions with edsa.predicts@explore-datascience.net, a facilitator/supervisor must click a confirmation URL. This sprint there are about 40 active students. We should expect that number to grow
Currently, Gmail will group requests from different users in the same thread, and hide duplicated text. Each request requires three clicks to confirm. It is very challenging to keep track of which requests are confirmed, it is more efficient to click through every request in a thread to ensure one does not miss a request.
Some threads get very long - See the picture for a thread of 58 request
Others get lost in the noise of resulting notifications For example, Last sprint a user sent a notification every two minutes for a over a week.
