Describe the problem you'd like to solve

Family house always need something from outside, maybe like bread or basic food, or somethings the family member needs to have. So they know for example that the family's father comes from the work at 6:00 pm, so they should tell them 1 hour before he comes to bring thing they need.
There's many problem with that:

1. Forgot to call him.
2. Call him early so he may forget the list of things that family needs.
3. family members at the house may forget what they need, because they delay the call to exact time.
4. Maybe two family members calls two different members from outside and request the same thing, so will have two things instead of one required.
5. family members are busy and forgot to call their father for example.

What is currently being done to solve this problem?

A web application (needs to be working on mobile) that gathers the family member in the same place, let everyone on the family have the access to add a 'need' for the family, and the others can see the list of the needs, and when someone bring thing, he should check it to be shown for the others that it's brought.

Also the family member can set his time that he can bring things to family, on that time, an alert/notification will be run to remise him to check the list (to make it efficient we need to send the alert to the cell phone itself in some way).
