Linux ARM64 wheels missing from PyPI

Thanks for this great project and keeping python-lzf alive!

Linux ARM64 wheels are currently missing from PyPI:

• https://pypi.org/project/python-neo-lzf/0.3.2/#files

This affects users who use Linux ARM64 servers (increasingly common as they can be less expensive in the cloud than x86-64) as well as any recent macOS user running a Linux container locally (since macOS has transitioned to ARM64).

These missing wheels have caused issues in downstream packages that want to rely on python-neo-lzf

• Starting from v1.4.0 pypcd4 cannot be installed on aarch64 MapIV/pypcd4#56
• build: use python-lzf on aarch64 to fix installation errors MapIV/pypcd4#57

Thanks for your contribution! I’ve been quite busy with work recently and haven’t had much time to maintain this repository. I’ve just merged a new request. Could you please update your PR accordingly?

After v0.3.5, the ARM build should be included. It took more time than I expected.
