The Capability Matrix v2 works with two concepts - the ability to do and the desire to do (or learn).
I see how the ability is used - one can specify it in the Input and results tab, and it translates to the "how many people we have". However, the desire has ranges defined, it is on the survey sheet, but it is not possible to input it anywhere, and I also don't see any report that would make use of it.
Am I missing something, or is it an artifact of an earlier intention to provide an overview of how the team can change its scope?
