Axes introspection AKA "show effective locations" #104

Description

@davelab6

In the earliest versions of TypeTools there was some "axes introspection" to show how output axes are set by input axes locations. Fontra does this and calls it "showing effective locations" with two sliders per axis.

This can be done from reading the avar2 table, but for avar1 fonts we need to side-load a "True Values" file, which I think can be done for the fonts that TypeRoof already pre-loads
