Update Data List for individual work pages

Issue #9 has a nice list of things to scrape form works. However, we haven't updated it in a while and we don't know what we're missing.

I will probably take this within the next week. I am trying to force myself to do work on https://github.com/enigmalea/Archivist-2.0 before the end of the month which is in checks notes 11 days, and I need to know where we are on this list myself, so.....
