Hi it might be cool to add an npc given to a player that can keep the chunks loaded and it has a specified lifetime, once spawned the npc counter starts and the player can just rightclick on the npc and select to move it with a command like /keepchunks movehere and you can give the npc to the player with the command /keepchunks give and the player can spawn the npc with the egg
