Add active effects to more items

Could we add Active Effects to "Mutations" and Magic & Sorcery Spells; Phsychic Abilities; Powers & SuperPowers?
(Could also add Vision to the list of effects or a button for custom without having to click one of the listed active effects first to get to the manually configure.)
