🔖 Feature description

I would like to enhance the UI/UX of the Git Tracker page by adding a modern Glassmorphism (Glass UI) effect to improve the overall visual appearance and user experience.

The current design is good, but adding glass-style components with blur, transparency, smooth borders, and improved shadows will make the interface look more modern and polished.

🔄️ Additional Information

This enhancement focuses on improving the visual design of the Git Tracker page using a modern Glassmorphism UI style. The goal is to make the interface more visually appealing while maintaining usability and performance.

The design update will introduce subtle transparency, blur effects, and soft shadows across key UI components such as input fields, buttons, filters, and data tables.

Key improvements include:

Applying glass-style blur effects (backdrop-blur) to form containers and cards
Enhancing input fields (GitHub Username, Personal Access Token) with semi-transparent backgrounds
Upgrading the Fetch Data button with hover animations and glow effects
Improving the filter section (Search Title, Repository, Date Pickers, State dropdown) with consistent glass styling
Redesigning the Issues / Pull Requests table with a modern card-based glass layout
Adding smooth hover transitions and refined border highlights
Maintaining dark theme consistency while improving visual hierarchy
Ensuring full responsiveness across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices

This change is purely UI/UX enhancement and will not affect existing functionality or API logic.
