Description

The Tracker page is functional, but there are several UI/UX improvements that can make it more modern, intuitive, responsive, and contributor-friendly. This issue focuses on enhancing the overall experience for users while maintaining the existing functionality.

Current Problems

• Large empty spaces create an unbalanced layout.
• Input fields and filters lack proper visual hierarchy.
• The Fetch Data button does not stand out as the primary action.
• No meaningful empty-state message when no Issues/PRs are available.
• Filter section and results table feel disconnected.
• Mobile responsiveness can be improved.
• Accessibility improvements are needed.
• Loading, success, and error states are not clearly communicated.
• Date picker and dropdown styling are inconsistent with the overall design.

Proposed Improvements

🎨 UI Enhancements

• Redesign the tracker form using a responsive grid layout.
• Improve spacing, padding, and alignment throughout the page.
• Use consistent styling for all form controls.
