xtrapulp/0.3/pulp_mm.h should be recovered

There will be compiling error (header file missing) without recovering xtrapulp/0.3/pulp_mm.h back

The files (pulp_mm.*) are in commit ba2ac6e.
You can checkout and copy them from there. After also adding in pulp_data.cpp the installation was successful.
