[BUG] Incorrect repository identification during URL parsing ---for test only not supposed to be resolve

When providing a valid GitHub issue URL, the agent identifies the "owner" as the "repo" and vice-versa. This leads to 404 errors when the GitHub client tries to fetch the issue details. We need to fix the capture group mapping in the parser.
