[BUG] Semantic search returning zero results in production environments -- for test only not supposed to be resolve #2
Description
Despite having relevant code in the repository, the Scout agent is unable to retrieve any code snippets. The ripgrep tool appears to be executing correctly but the parsing logic in RipgrepSearch is not extracting matches. This is severely limiting the Engineer agents context. We need to check if the JSON parsing in src/tools/search/ripgrep.ts is correctly identifying "match" types.
