v0.8.67 Setup: docs, screenshots, localization, and first-run copy refresh

Problem

The full setup wizard changes the first impression of CodeWhale. Docs, screenshots, localization, README copy, keybinding references, and setup guidance need to match the actual wizard and avoid stale DeepSeek-era or legacy-path language.

Scope

• Add setup wizard documentation to README, docs/GUIDE.md, docs/CONFIGURATION.md, and any setup/doctor docs that reference first-run behavior.
• Document /setup, codewhale setup, /hotbar, provider/model setup, MCP/skills/plugins setup, remote/mobile setup, and verification report behavior.
• Update localization strings for setup steps and ensure language selection affects the entire setup flow.
• Capture screenshots or text snapshots for the main setup hub, provider step, safety step, tools step, Hotbar handoff, and final report.
• Remove or clearly mark stale .deepseek language where new ~/.codewhale paths should be primary.
• Add docs drift checks or tests where the project already has a pattern for generated command/config references.

Definition of done

• New users can follow docs or the wizard without hitting contradictory setup instructions.
• Existing users understand how to rerun setup safely.
• All user-visible setup strings are localizable or intentionally language-neutral.
• Screenshots/snapshots match the shipped UI enough for release notes and future regression review.
