One question about the TD method calculation example for tetrahedron with common vertices

Hi Homer,

Thank you for the great paper/code. I have a question(rather than a issue) about the parameters used in Fig.1 and table.II in your paper 10.1109/JMMCT.2018.2833873.
And sorry I don't know where else can I raise the question.

Would you please advice me the correct values for the following variables:
for the 3 cases(common tet, triangle, edge)

Q,Qp,PIndex/KIndex pairs

Can I directly use just one PIndex/KIndex pair or I need to combine different PIndex/Index pairs to get table.II?

Maybe later we can bother you to write a similar text for tet as for triangle(url), and update the latter if possible(I noticed that you have updated the code, added TD_PMCHWG1 and TD_EPPFT1, etc.)
