Set up Actions to generate and deploy the cheat sheet:

• any change on the main branch should be deployed to GitHub Pages
• any change on any branch should be deployed to AWS
• on branch delete the AWS environment content of the branch should be cleaned up
• on certain actions, the AWS environment stack should be deployed
