Add "Mark all episodes before this" in addition to "Mark all unseen episodes before this"

When marking an episode as watched there is the option to "mark all unseen episodes before this" to allow you to mark a whole season or show as watched. However there is no ability to mark a whole season or show as rewatched in bulk. I would like this as an option.

What is your usecase for this?

Rewatches! It's the same reason why someone may want an easier way to mark a season or a whole show as watched. I rewatch a lot, it'd be a lot quicker if I could mark a whole show as something that I've rewatched before. It can be very time consuming to have to manually mark every individual episode of something. I'm currently struggling with this >.<

Where are you watching shows? I’d recommend you set up an integration instead of doing this tracking manually.

I’m against this idea since the history creation UX already has a lot of inputs. Adding this feature will increase the cognitive load even more.

I just watch locally on my computer with MPV. I've always tracked all my media manually on various sites. I like the control that brings and not having to deal with the potential mishaps of an integration. I'm very deliberate with my tracking. It's an archive of my opinions on things and everything I've ever watched to show others. Regardless, I think this would be a useful feature for people to backfill data that they may not be able to import, that their integration didn't track correctly or pick up, or whatever such case.
