Toggle Mute doesn't unmute.

Since the v1.4.7 update. I've found that discord doesn't toggle it mute off when using toggle mute.
Pressing the button doesn't do anything.

I've heard this from a few people in Discord, but am having trouble reproducing. Will try to dig in more. Unfortunately from the logs I've seen, there's no error that happens so troubleshooting is very difficult

Identified this issue today, and it should be fixed once the 1.5.0 release goes out: StreamController/StreamController-Store#124
