Spectre package not found

Hey, so I have the problem that R can't find the Spectre package if I run library("Spectre"). I also tried it with this code

if (!requireNamespace("pak", quietly = TRUE)) {
  install.packages("pak")
}
pak::pkg_install("immunedynamics/Spectre")

But then I get some errors when I run Spectre::packages.check() and Spectre::package.load().
I'm thankful for any help!

Error in library(Spectre): no package named 'Spectre'

The package is not installed. Try again the installation.
