Problem with Moved Event

MOVED event seems not to be handled:

• -> triangles rest state are vibrating -> probably due to a problem of wrong 3D position of the points used to initialise the new created triangles. (erik) 
• Crash because of the MOVED topology event (Erik) 

For the moment remove snapping:

• Removing Snapping should remove the MOVED event error -> to double check (Ronak)
