Download redirect template returns exception errors in .csv

_Using version: 13.3.0
Tried to download a redirect template to bulk upload redirects but the .csv file returns errors (see screenshot).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Navigate to URL Tracker in Content
2. Click on Redirects
3. Then click on 'You can download a template here'
4. CSV file containing errors will download

Expected behavior
template file would download without errors and be ready to add urls to re-upload and redirect in bulk

Hi @SeanTarrant ! Your issue is potentially related to the version of CSV Helper that you have installed in your project.
We are not able to reproduce this issue on a clean installation, but we have been able to produce a similar error on a project that has updated CSV Helper to the latest version.

Are you able to check your version of CSV Helper and perhaps try downgrading it? The URL Tracker is tested with version 33.1.0 of CSV Helper.

Hi, @D-Inventor I have updated CSV Helper to latest (33.1.0) and current UrlTracker is on 13.3.0 but now the link doesn't download any csv file at all.

Maybe I should fully uninstall and re-install packages? What versions would you recommend for CSVHelper and UrlTracker for this to work?
