can't edit a contact if added by public key.

Steps to reproduce

1. add a contact by public key
2. edit the contact(first name or last name)

save is not enabled after we edit first name or last name.

I am testing with ALPHA_RELEASE disabled.
Tested on Ubuntu and is always reproducible.
