Mapping file is too large.

I try to upload mapping file. I get error:

The file is too large. Allowed maximum size is 2 MiB.

How i can change allowed max size?

i change max size in php.ini, but still have error

I'm going to leave this open; I will add PHP max size to both the instructions and the vagrant box.
