Missing error-message text when accessing a non-existent environment variable

```powershell
Get-EnvironmentVariable nosuch
```

currently yields the following error message:

```none
Get-EnvironmentVariable: nosuch
```

Ditto for `Set-EnvironmentVariable` (but see #5)
