[Enhancement] add links and hosts on the fly

To separate this from mininet, it would be cool if you could add new links, hosts, and switches on the fly.

Add new links, hosts and switches on the fly needs a CLI interface to do that but it still has a lot of effort to do. I would keep this feature request open to whom might contribute this feature.
