builder failed to build

Hi,

Hope you are all well !

I tried to build the builder and it failed.
Sounds like the TENSORFLOW_VERSION is not used maybe it is the reason.

Can we update the Dockerfile ? It would be awesome, as I want to test go-tflite in docker container.

Thanks in advance for any insights or inputs on that topic.
