Unable to connect to Anthropic services

运行 bun run start / bun run dev 时，出现：

Unable to connect to Anthropic services

 Failed to connect to api.anthropic.com: ERR_BAD_REQUEST

 Please check your internet connection and network settings.

 Note: Claude Code might not be available in your country. Check supported countries at
 https://anthropic.com/supported-countries

虽然指定了环境变量：ANTHROPIC_BASE_URL、ANTHROPIC_API_KEY、 ANTHROPIC_MODEL，但依然如此。

如何解决呢？
