Ubuntu 18.04 - Issues all around. Does not work out of the box anymore. Installs Way more than 3 docker containers

Hello,

I'm not sure why this is so difficult to setup its docker. I have everything in there, everything is setup and its been running for an hour sending data however, grafana shows nothing in any of the dashboards. Whats going on. also Influxdb doesn't even have an admin interface anymore so how do you even check to see if the data is in the database? I see tcpdump is showing my router ip hitting UDP 50000.
