Create two different dashboards for user and doctor.

The dashboard should behave differently for doctors and users, they doctors should be able to post articles with articles written by them on their dashboard. Both Doctors and users should be able to show/edit their details on their dashboard including profile picture, personal details, expertise for doctors etc.
