While creating notes, having a better categorization technique will help to keep notes better organized.
One of the approaches would be to add tags to notes created.
For example, let's say if there are notes related to work. The user creates notes, has to add a tag for each note related to work and again sub tag if required. All the personal notes and work notes will be listed in the same place, and as time goes by the notes count will increase and it will not be good (to view and filter notes ) to have everything in one place.
To avoid adding tags for the main categorization, users can create space.
What is Space?
Space is a categorized place where users will create and view all notes related to that space (or category).
Just like the above example, all personal notes can go into Personal Space, all work-related into Work Space.
