Are there any reason that mtm_startup is not default to true

It would be convenient if it was set to true, so that we don't have to run :Mtm every time. Are there any downsides or reasons it's not default to true?

That's a good question. I use this plugin with lazy.nvim that it is lazy loaded when either the filetype is markdown or the Mtm command is called. It is annoying when the plugin isn't loaded yet, I enter a Markdown file and I need to call Mtm manually. I want the plugin to be enabled automatically.

I don't like auto-start, if you need it you can add the following configuration
vim.api.nvim_create_autocmd('FileType', {
pattern = '*markdown',
callback = function()
vim.cmd(':Mtm')
end,
})

This solution feels a bit hacky. Maybe there could be an option to enable auto start that's turned off by default. I'll see if I have time this week to make a PR.

Won't this disable Mtm if you open a second markdown file?

@Kicamon there could be an option for auto start, in the config. Then we can choose to auto start or not.
