Mature flag set to off when changing title/category

Describe the bug
When changing the title or category via PATCH /public/v1/channels, the mature toggle gets set to off even when it was enabled before.

Expected behavior

Keep current status of the mature toggle when changing title or category or add a way to also set the mature flag.
