What happened?
Polecat agent Toast (c34b06ca-442a-4be6-b04d-96b26844f5cb) in rig a0be536a-31e9-4261-8dd2-20965310fa15 (docs-2) is not picking up work. The agent goes idle with the bead assigned but dispatch_attempts stays at 0 and status remains idle. This happened with bead 326c7b2a-fb27-4f04-9991-b55b21f5fa24 "Add Edit this page link to docs pages". Multiple nudges and reassignments don't get the agent to start working. Resetting the agent temporarily gets it to pick up work (status: working), but it drops the bead after ~2 minutes and goes idle again without completing the task.
