WinterBreak Instructions out of order

The "Rebooting" page for WinterBreak is before the "Extracting WinterBreak" page rather than after. This conflicts with the instructions here (which seem to be correct after testing): https://kindlemodding.org/mesquito/

Shouldn't matter at all, winterbreak order works fine for most and it's more about opening the store on aeroplane mode with a reboot the file copy order doesn't matter just needs to be there upon opening ;p.

Interesting, maybe I was doing something else wrong, but I wasn't able to get it to work until I copied the unzipped files to the Kindle and then rebooted.
