There is variable current draw from the Arduino GPIO pins which cause a noticeably less brilliant emission when all LEDs are active. To combat this we can add a passive capacitor which regulates the current by supplying extra power when all the LEDs are on allowing us to maintain consistent clarity throughout all possible frame combinations.
