Thank you so much for this explainer which helps understand the working of GNN Explainer so much. I'm new to this field and I have to run the GNN Explainer for a task like Fake News Detection on twitter and Bot Detection.

The first thing I'm worried about is how do you need the dataset in order for this work if you could let me know what files do I need and what information do I need for the same that'll be helpful

I'd be glad if you could provide me with some information on how shall I go about this task and use your implementation to run the GNN Explainer and explain the outputs.

I figured most of the part. I just want to understand

• the flow of information from start to end
• How to get a dataset to turn into a graph for the GNN Explainer (MOST IMPORTANT) - for example, a dataset of Twitter network. What all files does it need and what all information.
• How to analyse the explanation figures plotted?
