tabs with titles not showing when changing from portrait to landscape Android

On Android devices, with

`        "_tabs": {
            "_isActive": true,
            "_useBlockTitle": true
        },`

enabled, and rotating the phone from portrait to landscape mode, the tabs do not show. 

If I load the page in landscape mode, the tabs show.
