Black screen and crash at start

Hello!

Thank you for putting these projects together. I tried out both this recomp and DPRecomp, and both of them would start for a couple seconds, and then crash back to desktop. Assets were all placed according to the instructions. Taking a look at the log, it appears to be trying to read some of the files from the D drive, even though it's directed towards the asset folder with the bat file.
