Only 1 tutorial in catalog — content gap

Problem

The tutorials section has full infrastructure (index, detail pages, search integration pending via #1) but only 1 .md file in packages/catalog/catalog/tutorials/. The section will feel empty to users.

Context

The Tutorial type supports relates_to cross-links, difficulty, time_estimate, and tags — all ready for rich content. The bottleneck is content, not infrastructure.
