Support for ``.hdf5``-backed result files for ``MatchTemplateResult`` and ``ParticleStack``

Would enhance the portability of results, especially the 2DTM results which currently has 8 separate .mrc files output (phi, theta, psi, defocus, mean, variance, MIP, z-score) plus associated search metadata. Keeping YAML files consistent and tracing through workflows can be manageable, but liable to break.
