Faction Quest System issue - Reputation not counted #597

Bug description
When you enable quests by hand in the database after you allready see them in the specific npc, assuming then all is correct, you can do the quests, dialog screens and such all come quests are also completable. Buttt afterwards you will not have gained any reputationb
Repro steps
Make sure to have all in order for the speficic quest faction npc of the quest you want to try is showing him, then for now
tweak it in the database to accept the mission (hopefully this part later not needed anymore). Complete the quest, check your reputation
