anthropic tools call is not working

### Steps to reproduce

Run multiple tools call example from [anthropic docs](https://docs.anthropic.com/en/docs/tool-use-examples#multiple-tools)

**Expected Result**
The request gets logged on promptlayer and shows up on dashboard correctly

**Actual Result**
The request is not tracked on promptlayer
