Minvert and Maxvert cause TPS cascade

This file cause the game to grind to a halt whenever the player goes below y-0.

This file fixes the issue, so minvert and maxvert are definitely the cause.

This was tested in MC version 1.21.1 with Neoforge 21.1.226. There were no other mods installed, including performance mods.

The reason is most likely that you left the other values as default so that means it will attempt to spawn the mob at various heights but only a very small range is close enough to the player so it will increase the attempts a lot more. Not much I can do about that from my side
