1. We'd better take the El Nino years from 1980 to 2014 as the case study for TDNN training and take the 2014-2016 El Nino year for testing and valication. Please reference the El Nino years' classification from below: http://www.cpc.ncep.noaa.gov/products/analysis_monitoring/ensostuff/ensoyears.shtml
2. To avoid the problem of insufficient data, we could use the weekly datasets of China precipitation and OISST.

下次讨论：确定泛化能力较好的延迟时间（t1,t2,t3...），每个延迟时间t1,t2,t3...对应得到的降水预测结果及评价

加入wind数据，所以可以考虑cnn的算法，来考虑空间上的相关性，对W的空间影响系数进行可视化。
观察其中的强影响区域，与统计结果进行对比。互相印证。
加入TDNN的思想。
