Description:
Add separate field for Contact information in the Message IATA Admins section of the Region Information modal.
Every message I've received through this method has had good questions, but no contact information. The hint "Include your contact information" disappears as soon as you start typing, so people forget to add it.
The classic:
Contact Information (Discord name / Email address):
[[ - - - - - - - - ]]
Message:
[[ - - - - - - - - - - - - ]]
(Just like any other "contact us" page out there) layout would drastically improve the chances of people leaving a way to contact them back.
The message would then be formatted to "New message from [contact info] in [IATA]: [message]" instead of "New message from a visitor to [IATA]: [message]"

If/when the backend if open-sourced, I would be inclined to make a PR for this.
