-Overall tile/data config? Ex... do I care about user groups, errors, etc...

Baseline config of app analyzer tracking functionality that is always "on"

Admin UI to setup the tool prior to usage.
Do we need different security for this admin UI? Yes, can be a separate app so that security can be assigned differently
Who should this be available to and from where? available as a configuration app via FLP
