Thank you for your interest in contributing to Agent Actions ("the Project"), maintained by Muizz Kolapo Lateef ("the Maintainer").
By submitting a contribution (via pull request, patch, or any other means) to this Project, you agree to the following terms:
- "Contribution" means any original work of authorship, including modifications or additions to existing work, that you intentionally submit to the Project.
- "Submit" means any form of communication sent to the Project, including pull requests, commits, issues, and comments, but excluding communications marked "Not a Contribution."
You grant to the Maintainer a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute your Contributions and any derivative works.
You grant to the Maintainer a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable patent license to make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer your Contributions, where such license applies only to patent claims licensable by you that are necessarily infringed by your Contribution alone or in combination with the Project.
You acknowledge and agree that the Maintainer may, at their sole discretion, relicense the Project (including your Contributions) under different license terms in the future. This includes, but is not limited to, changing the license to a more restrictive or commercial license.
You represent that:
- (a) You are legally entitled to grant the above licenses.
- (b) Each Contribution is your original creation, or you have sufficient rights to submit it under these terms.
- (c) If your employer has rights to intellectual property that you create, you have received permission to make Contributions on behalf of your employer, or your employer has waived such rights.
- (d) Your Contribution does not violate any third party's intellectual property rights.
You understand that the decision to include your Contribution in the Project is entirely at the discretion of the Maintainer, and this agreement does not create any obligation to use or include your Contribution.
You understand that your Contributions are made voluntarily and without expectation of compensation, equity, employment, or any other consideration from the Maintainer or any entity associated with the Project.
You are not expected to provide support for your Contributions, except to the extent you desire to do so.
By submitting a pull request to this repository, you will be prompted by CLA Assistant to sign this agreement electronically. You only need to sign once.
